Since 2003, Buffalo native Matt Kulhanek and our in-house crews have been fixing roofs, hanging siding, and building additions across Erie County. We build every house like it’s one of ours, because we live here too.

Who We Are
Most home projects fall apart in the gaps between trades: the roofer who doesn’t talk to the framer, the window crew that shows up a week early. We close those gaps. All Access Builders LLC is a state-licensed, insured general contractor that oversees every site we manage, day to day, and coordinates every vendor and trade from the roofing crew to the tile setter.
Our roots are in exterior work built for Western New York weather. Roofs, siding, and windows here have to stand up to lake-effect snow, ice dams, and freeze-thaw cycles every winter. Inside, we take on additions, kitchens and baths, decks, and full custom homes.
You get one point of contact from the first estimate to the final walkthrough, and you’ll hear from us at every stage.
Founder & Owner
Matt grew up in Buffalo and has spent more than 22 years working on its houses. He started All Access Builders in 2003 and still runs it the same way: he personally oversees every project, coordinates the roofing crews, siding installers, framers, and specialty trades, and stays in direct contact with each client until the job is done.
His approach is simple. Give an honest assessment of what the house needs. Put the scope and price in writing. Then do the work right, from the first nail to the final walkthrough. A roof or an addition is one of the biggest checks a family will write, and Matt treats every Buffalo and Erie County home with that in mind.
