Our Work Since 2003

Projects Built by Our Family, for Buffalo Homes

Every photo on this page was taken on an All Access Builders job site. These are Western New York homes our crews have framed, roofed, sided, restored, and remodeled, with the same care we put into our own houses.

The Best Way to Judge a Contractor Is by Their Work

Lake-effect snow, ice dams, and a century of Buffalo housing stock keep our crews busy year-round. Below are a few recent jobs, from a second-story addition in the suburbs to a Victorian porch in the city, along with notes on what each home needed and how we handled it.

Our Main Service

Roofing Projects Built for Buffalo Winters

Roofing is where All Access Builders started, and it’s still most of what our crews do. Shingle tear-offs on city homes, metal roofs, and flat roofs that have to make it through lake-effect snow and ice.

Roof Replacement · Asphalt Shingles

Full Tear-Off on a Brick Buffalo Home

A steep, cut-up roofline with dormers, a chimney, and a front porch roof. The old shingles had reached the end of their life, and a patch wasn’t going to get this house through another winter.

What We Did:

Steep pitches take patience. Our in-house crew worked tied off in harnesses, walked the homeowners through the decking once it was exposed, and left the yard cleaner than we found it.

Metal Roofing

Metal Panels That Shed Snow

Interlocking metal panels finished with a matching ridge cap. Metal sheds heavy snow quickly and holds up for decades, which is why more Western NY homeowners are asking about it.

Flat Roofing

Walking a Gravel Flat Roof

Flat roofs hide their problems under gravel and standing water. Every job starts with an inspection on foot, so the written estimate matches what’s actually up there.

Winter Roofing

When the Ice Builds Up

This is what a Buffalo freeze can do to a low-slope roof. We work year-round, and we’ll come out to assess ice and water damage instead of making you wait for spring.

General Contracting

One Contractor From Foundation to Finish

As a state-licensed general contractor, we run the whole job: framing, exterior, windows, and interior finishes under one roof. You get one written estimate, one schedule, and one family-run team accountable for all of it.

Addition · Windows · Siding

A Bright Addition With a Wall of Windows

Navy board-and-batten siding, a row of gable windows, and French doors out to the yard. Framing, windows, and exterior finish were all coordinated by our team.

Interior Renovation

Wainscoting and Lighting, Mid-Build

A large open room taking shape with recessed lights, new windows, and wainscoting going up along the walls. This is the stage where careful layout makes the finished room look right.

Exterior Carpentry

Porch and Balcony on a Brick Buffalo Home

Buffalo’s older homes mix brick, shingle, and woodwork on one facade. We work across all of those trades so the details match from the porch floor to the balcony rail.

Gutters · Downspouts · Guards

Gutter Systems That Move Buffalo Snowmelt

Gutters do their hardest work in March, when a winter’s worth of snow melts off the roof at once. When they sag, clog, or pull away from the fascia, that water ends up in your basement, your siding, and your foundation.

What We Install and Repair:

Because we also handle roofing and soffit and fascia, we look at the whole roof edge, not just the gutter. That’s how we catch the rotted fascia board or missing drip edge that caused the problem in the first place.

Home Additions · Framing · Roofing

A Second Story Built Over the Garage

This family needed more room, and the best place to find it was straight up. We took the garage roof off and built a full second-story addition in its place, then roofed it to match the rest of the house.

What We Did:

Additions are where a full-service general contractor earns its keep. The same team handled the framing and the roof, so the new section sheds snow and water the way the original house does, and the homeowners had one person to call from tear-off to house wrap.

Porches · Exterior Carpentry

Bringing Back a Victorian Front Porch

Older Buffalo homes have porches with real character, and decades of wear to match. This one needed its structure and woodwork rebuilt without losing the details that make a Victorian worth a second look from the sidewalk.

What We Did:

We approach a porch like this the way we would our own family’s house: fix what’s failing, keep what’s worth keeping, and leave it ready for many more Buffalo winters.

Siding · Porches

New Siding and a Front Porch for a Blue Bungalow

A classic single-story bungalow, ready for a fresh exterior and a covered porch the family could actually sit out on in summer.

What We Did:

Exterior projects come out best when the siding and porch are planned together. Doing both at once meant one color plan, one set of trim details, and one crew responsible for how every piece meets.

Siding

A Fresh Exterior for a City Colonial

A two-story city home that needed to look sharp from the street and stand up to wind-driven rain off the lake.

What We Did:

Siding is the first thing the neighbors notice and the first layer between your home and a Western NY storm. We install it to do both jobs well.

Remodeling · Interiors

Kitchens, Laundry Rooms, and Living Spaces

Interior work takes a different kind of care. People are living in the house, so we keep the site tidy, keep you informed, and hand back rooms that feel like home on day one.

What We Did:

The finish is in the details: cabinet doors that line up, trim that meets cleanly, and a final walkthrough where we go through every room with you before we call it done.

The Work You Don't See in the Finished Photos

Rotted joists, crumbling piers, and worn-out steps rarely make it into a brochure. They’re also where a job is won or lost. We open things up, show you what we find, and fix it properly before anything new goes on top.

Porch Floor Framing

Decking pulled up so damaged framing can be replaced, not covered over.

Porch Foundation, Before

Piers and steps documented before repair, so you see exactly what we see.

Steps Torn Out

Failing steps and framing removed down to solid ground before the rebuild.

Walls Opened Up

Framing and insulation checked while the walls are open, before drywall goes back.
